VINeleven, The Napa Valley Marriott’s new signature destination restaurant and bar featuring an impressive wine tower offers locals and hotel guests a comfortably elegant ambiance with modular indoor/outdoor seating, picturesque views and a no-rules menu.
Guests are able to dine, sip wine or simply relax on the outdoor patio that features roaring outdoor firepits, tables and chairs and comfortable couches throughout the day and into the evening. Executive Chef Brian Whitmer serves American cuisine that celebrates culinary traditions from around the world and incorporates locally and sustainably grown produce.
In connection with the VINeleven concept is the Heirloom Garden which provides daily harvests of organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs for Chef Brian to incorporate into the menu. The Heirloom Garden features fourteen 4-feet-by-12-feet raised beds, a generously spaced decomposed granite walkway, viewing benches and easy access for all hotel Guests.
Each night from 5 – 6pm, VINeleven hosts a “Welcome Reception” featuring different Napa Valley Vintners pouring world-famous wines and Chef Brian’s signature flatbread with pesto dipping sauce cultivated from the Heirloom Garden.
